Kinder Hospitals Kochi in association with the Kerala Police have launched an initiative called

Kinder Hospitals Kochi in association with the Kerala Police have launched an initiative called "Kinsakthi" to promote women's empowerment through school and college students.


The event was inaugurated by Sri.Juvvanappudi Mahesh I.P.S, ASP Perumbavoor, and
Dr. V.K Pradeep Kumar, Chairman of Kinder Group, and Mr. Pramod P Thevannoor, Group Director of SCMS College, also participated.

Kinsakthi aims to empower women by focusing on health education and self-defense training, enabling them to gain confidence, resilience, and the ability to ensure their own safety.

After the inauguration ceremony, Dr. Usha M.G Senior Consultant in the OBG Gynecology Department at Kinder Hospitals Kochi, conducted a class for the students. Additionally, self-defense training classes were led by Kerala women police members, including Mrs. Rosa K.O, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Mrs. Biji, Senior Civil Police Officer, Mrs. Sindhu, Senior Civil Police Officer, Mrs. Ambily, Senior Civil Police Officer.
