Passport and visa, wherein the patient must be on a medical visa.
Your health /medical history reports or any statements relating to the past or ongoing medical treatment, including X-Rays, MRI reports, vaccination reports, prescriptions, and relevant medical documents. Ensure that you carry these medical reports and associated medication with you on your visit.
